[AMR047] dreDDup - Abnormal Waltz

This album was meant to be the soundtrack for the sf/horror movie called "Noir". As for the movie was never really finished, we managed to release it in DIY release (100 copies) and give it to our friends and fans. After years of music making, a lot of people asked us about that old stuff and we decided to release it again. This time we added 6 extra bonus songs from 2002.

This album is very atmospheric in a way that it shows the sickness of mixing weird sounds and echoes of rough drums. It is very apocalyptic and depressive. The sound goes from industrial/darkwave to experimental and new wave with a lot A-LOT of crossover between.

However, even it had a production limits at the time, it sounds really well when we listen to it today. Don't forget that we live in Serbia, a militant country that doesn't give a fuck for the art or the underground scene. I'm sorry to say that we are the only live industrial band in the whole country and we are very, very lonely in our music here. So listen to this LP carefully, at moments it will be boring, at moments it will be sick, at moments it will be catchy, and sometimes it will be amazing. This LP is from our old sound and we very change it since than.

[AMR034] LaVey - They

Lavey was birthed by marc flowers in the winter of 1998. this was only a thought, until 2001, when mr. flowers bought a few peices of musical equipment, a mixer, and a computer. and then, "i just started composing these really weird yet spooky instrumentals". he says, reflecting on the beginning. after a few years of practice, marc finally decided to write a record purely consisting of instrumentals. when asked why he didn't start writing lyrically oriented material, his answer was, " i want to make the listeners use their imaginations, create your own motion picture in your mind". after finishing his first full-length album, "Hypocryptical Vol.1: Demon Hellfire Orchestra", he started playing it for people where ever he went. "people just loved what i was doing! i mean, everyone that heard it wanted more! i was quite surprised!" he says.in 2004, after the positive responses and reviews, marc set out to make the follow-up to his first record, "vol.2:empty and alone". which sounded better than the first record by a long shot. and yet again, got very positive feedback! shortly after the beginning of 2007, marc had toyed with the idea of writing a lyrical record. "i had at-least 50 sheets of lyrics that i had written, but didn't think them good enough to actually put too music". and, after a few months of bad recordings, marc emerged with a track called, "they". which got extremely positive reviews right here, on his myspace page. marc is currently at work on his third record, "countless hours", "they" being the first track on the disc. "i hope that people like the new record. i am writing the whole thing on a lap-top computer, and it's going damned well!" marc has also gotten coverage in central florida on a radio show called, "the spooks show". and is in the process of getting some small shows organized around florida after the record is complete. "for what i have planned, these shows are gonna be a smack in the face with a sledgehammer!"

[AMR023] JON7 - Traitor's Gate

**Be sure to download the "MUST HAVE" text document. It is the storyline of the music. It is as important as the music.**

In a reality much like our own, only different, two particular inventions, the printing press and electricity, were indeed invented, but for some reason, had very little impact. They were introduced to people, and no one cared. Such things were considered the property only of the rich and well-educated. As a result, most of the civilized world still lives in a semi-medieval state.

Traitors' Gate is a rough district of neighborhoods on the outskirts of a major city somewhere in this 21st century medieval world. It is every bit as rough as any neighborhood on the edge of any modernized American city. "Traitors' Gate" is a soundtrack to a journey through this dangerous area, from the perspective of unnamed characters who work in the larger city center area and must make the trek each day to the city and brave the trip back home at night.

JON7 is a friend of ours who did a remake of the Turmoil album Astral Nightmare the result was Traitor's Gate a few months back we did a remake of of the JON7 album Ocean Floor entitled Blue Grotto. Much appreciation to JON7 for all his help and we hope to work with him in the future.
